Role Overview:

Warehouse Fitness Centre LLC is seeking a

skilled and reliable AC Technician

to join our

Mobile Facilities Team

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing HVAC systems across multiple

Warehouse Gym

locations. This role is essential to ensuring a comfortable, safe, and high-performing environment for both our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems across all gym sites Diagnose and repair various types of air conditioning units (split, ducted, and package systems) Respond promptly to breakdowns, urgent repairs, and reported issues Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety standards Maintain accurate service logs and detailed job reports for each site visit Recommend preventive maintenance schedules and necessary system upgrades Coordinate with Facility Managers to minimize disruption to gym operations during interventions Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if applicable)

Requirements:

Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a multi-site environment Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in HVAC systems, particularly air- and water-cooled systems Diploma or certification in HVAC/AC Maintenance or a related field Strong understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC Valid

UAE driving licence

(mandatory for mobile role) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and reporting skills Flexible with work shifts and available for emergency callouts Proactive, organized, and committed to high standards of work Experience with

energy management initiatives

aimed at optimizing HVAC performance and reducing energy consumption
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
