Job Summary: Looking for an AC Technician in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• The jobholder will be required to install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems as well as equipment including Chiller, Package unit, Air handling unit (AHU), Fan cooling unit (FCU), Ducting, Piping, Pumps, GIand cast iron fittings based on drawing and hydrotesting
• Install FCU, AHU, FAHU, Package Unit, Split Units, Chiller Units, Chilled water pump Smoke fan, Supply fan among others
• Determine maintenance risks on equipment
• Install duct outlet terminal sand fittings - supply air diffuser, return air diffuser, exhaust air diffuser, jet diffuser, door transfer grill, exhaust air grill, volume control, fresh air grill
• Assist in cleaning as well as adjusting systems and equipment
• Identify electrical and mechanical faults for AC systems
• Service and maintain chillers as well as cooling towers
• Test installed air conditioners to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Complete all assignments on time

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have relevant qualifications for this position
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as an AC technician in an electromechanical company within the UAE
• The applicant must be ready to undergo a trade test in Dubai
• Should be available to join immediately
• Must have good knowledge of take-off work, Shaft work, AHU connection, Shaft connection, Fan connection, TDC and TDF Duct installation with apply insulation, sealant, canvas cloth, foster and measurements of duct out pieces
• Must have a visa validity of at least 2 months, visit or employment visa
• Expertise in duct installation BOD and height of duct from FFL
• Strong knowledge of HVAC ducts, fittings, accessories and child water pipes as well as fittings
