Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Should have knowledge for principles of air-conditioning unit repair and maintenance, including controls, MSDS sheets, safety practices and procedures and tools used.
- Installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing air conditioners.
- Ventilating equipment and controls to ensure they operate efficiently and continuously.
- Performing regular maintenance work on cooling units.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and after hours with little or no notice.
- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
- Travel to different Locations throughout the day and determine problems
We are looking for a detail-oriented AC Technician to, maintain and repair cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning air quality equipment and performing maintenance procedures as well as providing emergency repairs when necessary.
HVAC Technician responsibilities include talking with customers about their HVAC needs, performing maintenance and installations as needed and prioritizing calls based on business goals.
- Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Certification or associate\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school.
- Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and after hours with little or no notice.
- Driving license will be plus points
