• Should be able to Wire motor and compressor reading nameplates & wiring diagram

• Should prepare wire cutting list, wires, ferruling & numbering by reading diagram

• Should prepare control box mounting plate based on layout drawing perform wiring of control and power connection in control box as per drawing

• Should prepare HP/LP/FCS/antifreez,VMM, solenoid valve, microcontroller and PLC circuits connection as per wiring diagram

• Should use and Use and Maintain Vacuum pumps, record and monitor vacuum reading Charge the unit with respective refrigerant as per BOM

• Should connect the unit with power source and run the unit

• Measure all the reading of pressure, voltage and amps as per the procedure

• Should check all the components name plate and ensure correct component is fixed and record the details

• Should measure RPM, belt tension.

• Should perform all measurements and record details as per inspection list and checklist.

• ITI +10 Years Experience with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC manufacturing plant

• Able to Read Job order requirements, Electrical drawings and Identify components

• Experience with HVAC systems, roof top and ducted system

• Ability to neatly Route wire in package and ducted units in line with IEC and NEC procedures Able to perform Wire cutting, dressing, crimping.

• Ability to Use charging machine with Serv I quip, Agramkov, or similar machine

• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems

• Able to Measure and record reading using instruments and gauges
