Job Description
SALARY : AED 1850- AED 2000+ COMPANY ACCO + COMPANY TRANSPORT The purpose of the role is to carryout preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on Mechanical / HVAC equipment and systems, individually or as part of a technical team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in HVAC within a Facility Management or similar environment.
- maintenance experience: in Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Exhaust, Fresh Air and Extraction Fans, Package Units, Ducted Split Units, Window Units, Computer & Server Room Air Conditioning Units (CRACUs)
- major assets maintenance experience in Fan Coil Unit, Variable Air Volume Unit, Split Unit, Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner, Window Air Conditioner, Air Curtains, Ventilating Fan
- Filters clean or replace as needed to ensure proper operation.
- Clean, and verify proper operation.
- Clean, lubricate, adjust bearings and pulleys.
- Replace belts and sheaves as needed to ensure proper operation.
- Basic Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Can correctly setup and use test equipment and interpret the test results on standalone and integrated HVAC systems like Manifold Gauge, Digital Multi meter, Clamp Meter, Temperature / Humidity Meter, Vacuum Gauge
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
