Diploma or Certificate in HVAC / Refrigeration.
3-5 years of experience as a residential AC Technician.
Strong knowledge of split units, ducted units, and residential AC systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical AC problems.
Familiar with refrigerants like R22, R410A, R32.
Good communication skills and polite behavior with homeowners.
