Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems and related equipment in buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems (Split, Package, Ducted, and Central AC units).
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems.
Perform repair or replacement of defective components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
Check and maintain refrigerant levels; ensure proper leak testing and recharging.
Clean condensers, evaporators, and filters as part of scheduled maintenance.
Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests.
Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and reports.
Comply with safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Support other maintenance team members for facility-related repairs when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma / ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in facility management or building maintenance (preferably in GCC).
Hands-on experience with various HVAC systems (split units, package units, chillers, etc.).
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and tools.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
