Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of all types of AC units (split, window, package, central, VRV/VRF, chillers, etc.).
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
Handle gas charging, refrigerant handling, and electrical wiring related to AC systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, and parts inventory.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with the facility management team for scheduled maintenance.
Requirements:
10-15 years
of hands-on experience as an AC Technician, preferably in Qatar.
Diploma
in HVAC/Refrigeration or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of different AC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
Good communication skills (English/Arabic is a plus).
