Job Description

CARPENTER Requirements:
  • Proven experience as carpenter \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read technical documents and drawings \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of English \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of basic math \xe2\x80\xa2 Good physical condition and endurance \xe2\x80\xa2 High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required
AC TECH RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Install and configure air conditioning systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect and diagnose AC system problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Repair or replace faulty components. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform quality checks to ensure proper system functioning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to service calls for troubleshooting and repairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide customers with recommendations and cost estimates for repairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to safety...
