Job Description

Aram Building Contracting is looking for an AC technician to join our team:

Key Responsibilities

Installation

: Install air conditioning systems and components, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Maintenance

: Perform routine maintenance on AC units, including cleaning, adjusting, and refilling refrigerant levels to ensure efficient operation.

Repair

: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning systems, troubleshooting issues to identify and correct malfunctions.

Customer Service

: Advise clients on the best air conditioning solutions for their needs and educate them on proper system usage and energy conservation.

Documentation

: Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including service reports and inventory of parts used.

Emergency Response

: Be on-call for emergency repairs, responding promptly to service requests to minimize downtime for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and blueprints related to air conditioning systems.

Problem-Solving Skills

: Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions quickly.

Physical Stamina

: Capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.

Certification

: Relevant certifications in HVAC or a related field are often required.

Communication Skills

: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
