? Understanding client's requirements for repair and maintenance works primarily relating to HVAC systems.
? Inspecting structures to assess functional systems and detect malfunctions, make repair notes and recommended solutions.
? Inspecting asset list and determine if any repairs or modification need to be made.
? Processing and responding to maintenance requests, and escalating specialized requests to HVAC.
? Performing and managing routine building maintenance tasks, including HVAC repair and maintenance.
? Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
? Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and.
? Installing, maintaining, repairing, cleaning ventilation and air conditioning systems & equipment and performing warranty services.
? Ensuring compliance with appliance & service standards, work instructions and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
? Coordinating with Building Maintenance Co-coordinator and Engineer to get the required work completed.
? Ensuring that the work is carried out to the customer's satisfaction.
? Preparing cost estimates and invoices for the required work as and when required and as instructed by the Engineer.
? Collecting payments from clients / customers, handing over to the accounts department.
? Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
? Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
? Supervising the Maintenance team deployed in the vehicle and providing handholding support to them whenever required.
? Such other tasks as may be assigned considering the business exigencies.

Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
