Understanding client's requirements for repair and maintenance works.
Coordinating with Building Maintenance Co-coordinator and Engineer to get the required work completed.
Ensuring that the work is carried out to the customer's satisfaction.
Preparing cost estimates and invoices for the required work as and when required and as instructed by the Engineer.
Collecting payments from clients / customers, handing over to the accounts department.
Performing and managing routine building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical works.
Inspecting buildings to assess functional systems and detect malfunctions; made repair notes and recommended solutions.
Processing and responding to maintenance requests, and escalating specialized requests to electrical, plumbing.
Repairing or replacing plumbing fixtures, light figures, switches, and hardware as per the requirements.
Inspecting asset list and determine if any repairs or modification need to be made.
Driving and Maintaining company's van and other tools/tackles
Supervising the Maintenance team deployed in the vehicle and providing handholding support to them whenever required.
Driving license is required

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
