Your Key Duties
Install, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems (split units, window units, central chilling plants, etc.).
Perform routine servicing, including cleaning, filter replacement, and checking refrigerant levels.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
Respond to emergency repair calls and ensure minimal downtime.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Requirements
Independent, self?driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Relevant experience in building maintenance or facilities support preferred.
Team player with a positive working attitude.
