We are seeking a skilled AC Technician with expertise in VRF/VRV systems to join our team and work on villa projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of VRF/VRV HVAC systems in residential settings, ensuring the comfort and functionality of our clients\' homes. Responsibilities: Installation: Safely and efficiently install VRF/VRV HVAC systems in residential villas, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of VRF/VRV systems in villas, including cleaning coils, changing filters, and optimizing system performance. Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues with VRF/VRV systems in villa projects, including refrigerant leaks, electrical problems, and mechanical malfunctions. Refrigerant Handling: Properly handle and manage refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations and industry best practices. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot system problems and provide cost-effective solutions to villa owners to maintain optimal HVAC system performance. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair work, and installations for villa projects. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with villa owners, explaining system issues, recommended repairs, and maintenance plans. Safety: Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment and responsible handling of tools and equipment. Teamwork: Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on villa projects to ensure seamless project execution. Training: Stay updated on the latest HVAC industry advancements and attend relevant training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in VRF/VRV systems. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as an AC Technician with a focus on VRF/VRV systems, particularly in villa projects. Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications, including EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling. Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with VRF/VRV systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems as they relate to residential HVAC systems. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with a focus on addressing issues unique to villa projects. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all work performed. Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills, as villa owners may have specific requirements and expectations. Safety Awareness: Commitment to safety and knowledge of safety procedures, especially in residential environments. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and handle equipment, work in confined spaces, and adapt to various villa project conditions.
