Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced A/C technician to join our team at Aber Vehicle Testing Workshop. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle air conditioning systems to ensure maximum performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Carry out repairs and maintenance of A/C components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, blowers, and refrigerant systems. Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and recharging as per UAE safety and environmental standards. Conduct performance tests to ensure proper functioning of vehicle A/C systems. Inspect, service, and replace A/C system parts where required. Ensure compliance with workshop standards, health & safety regulations, and RTA guidelines. Maintain accurate job records, reports, and service documentation. Assist in routine vehicle inspections and provide technical support to colleagues when required.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a A/C technician (minimum 1-3 years in a workshop or dealership). Strong knowledge of vehicle air conditioning and cooling systems. Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively. Technical certificate/diploma in automotive or A/C systems (preferred). Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations regarding refrigerants. Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. UAE experience or GCC experience is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
