Diagnose and troubleshoot
mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
in chillers and AC units.
Monitor system performance, check pressures, temperatures, refrigerant levels, and identify faults.
Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, valves, sensors, and control panels.
Ensure proper operation of
pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment
.
Read and interpret
technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals
.
Follow
safety standards
, company procedures, and local regulations during all work activities.
Maintain accurate
maintenance records and service reports
.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical support when required.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Ensure tools and work areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organized.
