Troubleshooting and repairing and maintaining buildings for MEP works(HVAC, Electrical and Plumping works).
To supervise staff; perform maintenance and operations of HVAC.
Maintain good relation with clients, Addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met for continuous improvement .
Prepare daily reports and log maintenance activities .
A working knowledge on commercial, residential building maintenance and FM background experience is advantage .
UAE manual licence is advantage .
Company will provide good salary ,visa,accommodation,overtime,insurance and other allowances .
Knowledge in drafting PPM plan and service reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
