We're looking for a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for our fit-out construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of AC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and Daily visual inspections on major data center equipment.
Daily checking healthiness of all facilities equipment's and keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Repair and maintenance work on a wide range of HVAC (DDC, BMS, Control system), Plumbing & ELV equipment.
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility Mechanical systems.
Maintain, operate all Mechanical/HVAC related systems and associated equipment, Mechanical equipment, building management system.
Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies calls.
Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Mechanical systems, ELV system, HVAC system, and other trade related systems.
Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
Maintain essential stock of spare parts.
Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required

Requirements
2+ years of experience as an AC Technician in the construction industry.
Diploma or certificate in Air Conditioning Technology or a related field.
Strong knowledge of AC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
