Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split units, central AC, package units, VRF/VRV systems, etc.)
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on AC systems, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
Install AC-related electrical controls and systems.
Follow safety procedures and company standards during installations and repairs.
Calibrate thermostats and ensure systems operate within specifications.
Respond to emergency breakdowns or service requests promptly.
Maintain accurate service records and reports for all work performed.
Coordinate with other technical staff (e.g., electricians, plumbers) as needed.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and environmental regulations.
