Role Summary/Purpose

The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role ensures that all AC units are installed according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards, maintained for peak performance, and promptly repaired when faults occur. The AC Technician is also skilled in copper welding for refrigerant lines, handling refrigerants safely, and ensuring compliance with environmental and health regulations. By maintaining system efficiency and reliability, the role contributes directly to client satisfaction and the smooth operation of project sites.

Qualifications/Requirements Education & Training:

Relevant technical certification or diploma in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in commercial or high-end residential projects. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in AC installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Proven ability in copper welding techniques, ensuring durable and high-quality refrigerant line connections. Skilled in refrigerant handling, charging, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Ability to diagnose system issues and replace faulty components (compressors, motors, fans, etc.). Professional Background: Experience working in reputable construction companies is required. Other Requirements: Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor. Strong adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Professional attitude and reliability in delivering quality work.
