Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance on AC systems (cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, etc.). Install and maintain ventilation and refrigeration units. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Record maintenance activities and provide service reports. Respond promptly to emergency service requests.
Requirements:
High school diploma or technical degree in HVAC or related field. Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role. Valid HVAC certification or license (if required by local authorities). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational training or diploma in HVAC. Knowledge of electrical wiring and control systems. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Familiarity with smart HVAC systems and energy-efficient technologies.
