Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for AC systems.
Clean, adjust, and repair systems and perform warranty services.
Replace defective or worn-out parts and components.
Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Check and refill refrigerant levels when necessary.
Troubleshoot issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Record and report completed maintenance and repair work.
Provide technical support and advice to clients when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or technical certification in HVAC or a related field.
Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.
Good understanding of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and controls.
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in confined or high-temperature environments.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in AC maintenance or installation.
Experience with split, window, ducted, and central AC systems.
Knowledge of Qatar's climate control standards (optional for local job postings).
