Job Summary:

Mister Baker is seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems in our bakery facilities. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment operates efficiently and meets health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, freezers, and refrigeration units. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems.

System Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC and refrigeration systems to identify potential problems. Ensure systems are operating according to specifications and safety standards.

Repairs and Replacements:

Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC and refrigeration systems. Perform emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all HVAC and refrigeration systems comply with local codes and regulations. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members. Stay updated on the latest HVAC and refrigeration technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in HVAC technology, refrigeration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician. Valid HVAC technician certification. EPA certification is a plus. Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces. Comfortable working at heights and in varying environmental conditions.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
