- AC MEP Experience Required
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
- Knowledge of Windows AC, Split AC, Package Units, Ductable, Evaporator Units, Chilled Water, etc
- Experienced in electrical & plumbing technician
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to enhance the lifespan and performance of AC systems.
- Safely and efficiently install various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, window units, central air systems, and more.
- Diagnose issues with malfunctioning or non-operational AC systems.
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with safety regulations, including proper storage, recovery, and disposal procedures.
- Inspect and, if necessary, clean ductwork to ensure optimal air flow throughout the HVAC system.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when handling electrical systems, refrigerants, and other potentially hazardous materials.
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams of HVAC system
- Multi-tasking and customer handling
- Fast and quality work experienced
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)
- Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Good English Language Skills
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- AC MEP: 3 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
