Job Description

We're seeking a skilled AC Mechanical Engineer to manage the design, implementation, and oversight of HVAC systems across our diverse projects. You'll ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency, contributing significantly to the comfort and functionality of the spaces we create.

Key Responsibilities



Design & Engineering: Develop and review detailed HVAC system designs, including heat load calculations, equipment selection, and technical specifications. Prepare engineering drawings and schematics using industry-standard software. Project Management & Supervision: Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems on-site. Ensure adherence to design, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Coordinate with other disciplines and conduct site inspections. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting HVAC system issues and assist in developing maintenance schedules. Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant local and international building codes and standards.

What We're Looking For



Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC system design and project execution, preferably within the construction or engineering industry in the UAE. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and equipment. Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP or similar). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
