: We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our hotel facilities. Depending on the role, the candidate will specialize in either AC mechanics, plumbing, or electrical systems, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Key Responsibilities: AC Mechanic: 1. Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems throughout the hotel. 2. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential HVAC issues promptly. 3. Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff to ensure optimal functioning of climate control systems. 4. Respond promptly to guest requests related to temperature control in rooms and common areas. Plumbing: 1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. 2. Quickly address plumbing emergencies and resolve issues to minimize guest inconvenience. 3. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems. 4. Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience. Electrician: 1. Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the hotel. 2. Perform routine inspections of lighting, wiring, and other electrical components. 3. Respond to electrical emergencies and outages promptly to minimize disruption. 4. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred. 2.Proven experience as an AC Mechanic, Plumber, or Electrician, preferably in a hotel or similar setting. 3. In-depth knowledge of hotel-specific HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems and equipment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff. 6. Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions (e.g., confined spaces, heights). 7. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,400.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
