Perform all types of air conditioning mechanical work within the complex safely and efficiently, ensuring zero downtime.
Support other departments with their air conditioning mechanical requirements across various job functions and events to facilitate smooth business operations.
Assist the Line Manager in preparing defect monitoring reports, tracking outstanding work, and reviewing completed defect works carried out by external contractors.
Execute duties in accordance with Quality Standards, Security, and Health & Safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment without business interruptions.
Accurately report completed jobs generated by work orders, including man-hours and consumables, to enable effective control of labor costs and inventory.
Maintain professional conduct with customers and end-users across all premises, promoting a positive image of the engineering discipline within the organization.
