Ac Mechanic
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems (split units, window units, central systems, etc.)Troubleshoot and repair AC system malfunctions, including mechanical and electrical components.Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.Recharge refrigerants and check for refrigerant leaks.Replace or repair worn or defective parts such as compressors, fans, and thermostats.Maintain service records and provide detailed reports on work completed.Respond promptly to service calls and complete tasks in a timely manner.Assist in planning and estimating repair jobs and installation projects.
