Candidate Requirements
NO FRESHERS only Experienced.
UAE Driving license is must.
Candidates with basic AC maintenance knowledge will be preferred.
Candidate only can be considered with relatively past experience in Duct/coil/filters sanitizing and cleaning and also able to operate modern/Digital equipment.
Responsibilities
Disassemble and reassemble components as necessary for deep cleaning.
Perform indoor and outdoor AC coil cleaning by removing fan motor blowers.
Perform thorough cleaning of AC ducts, vents, and HVAC systems.
Inspect ductwork for contaminants, such as dust, debris, mold, and allergens, and implement proper cleaning procedures.
Use specialized tools and equipment, including vacuum systems, air whips, and brushes, to clean ductwork efficiently.
Replace filters in AC ducts and ensure proper functioning of all systems.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling and usage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve cleaning issues.
Maintain vehicle supplies and cleanliness
Perform other related work as assigned.
Ability to work independently
Customer Service & Communication
Visit customer locations and provide clear explanations of issues and solutions.
Deliver professional, polite, and efficient service at all times.
Complete job reports, maintenance forms, and updates through the mobile app.
Provide customers with advice on AC usage, maintenance, and performance improvement.

Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,900.00 per month
