Job Description

Job Purpose:

To perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and chiller systems (both air-cooled and water-cooled) to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and reliability in line with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing

of HVAC and chiller systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, cooling towers, and pumps.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults

in chillers and associated HVAC systems. Conduct

repairs and replacement

of faulty components such as motors, valves, sensors, and controls.

Monitor system performance

and record operational parameters such as temperature, pressure, and current readings. Carry out

preventive maintenance schedules (PPM)

as per company standards. Assist in

commissioning, testing, and balancing

of HVAC and chiller systems after installation or repair. Ensure all

tools and test equipment

are in proper working condition. Comply with

safety procedures and environmental regulations

during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate

maintenance and service records

. Support other technicians in general HVAC maintenance when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / ITI certification in

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in HVAC maintenance, with hands-on experience in

chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled)

. Sound knowledge of

HVAC electrical controls, refrigerants, and BMS systems

. Ability to

read technical drawings and schematics

. Familiar with

UAE safety and maintenance standards

(advantageous).
