Then our ABB Discovery Trainee Program in Electrification Service is the right fit for you! You will be part of our Electrification business area for Services division based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for working with different cultures, internal stakeholders, and cross-business collaboration.

Your responsibilities

• Experience the operations of an international company firsthand during three different six months assignments over the course of 18 months: two assignments in UAE and one abroad.
• Discover your interests and different roles in our Service function through challenging and impactful assignments where you are fully integrated into the team.
• Profit from individually targeted possibilities for training and development, professional mentoring, exposure to executives, and support from the ABB Discovery Program team.
• Actively contribute to diverse social events and team activities and use the chance to establish a broad (global) network within ABB.
• Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback on your performance and clearly established performance objectives.
• Be part of the local and global ABB Discovery trainee community!
• Assignments will be in our Electrification organization within the Service function at our HUB.

Your background

• Bachelors / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or related field (completed university studies before the start date October 2, 2023)
• Experience in operational excellence
• Experience working with installers, system integrators etc
• Maximum three years of professional work experience by the start date October 2, 2023
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Analytical and target-oriented thinking and acting
• Determined and solution-focused personality
• Inquisitive, open-minded, and communicative team player with excellent ability to collaborate
• Strong self-initiative and self-awareness
• Highly adaptable and flexible to different styles, situations, and cultures
• Innovative and creative mindset
• Having valid residency in UAE.
