Now Hiring: Female Montessori Math & Abacus Teacher (Part-Time) | Al Fajr Early Childhood Center - Al Barsha 2, Dubai
Al Fajr Early Childhood Center is seeking a
dedicated and qualified Female Math Teacher
with aMontessori Diploma
and experience inAbacus teaching
to join our nursery team on apart-time basis
.Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and age-appropriate
math sessions
for children aged3-5 years
UseMontessori materials and methods
to introduce foundational math concepts (numbers, counting, sorting, patterns, etc.) IntegrateAbacus techniques
to enhance mental math skills in a playful and age-suitable manner Fostercritical thinking and problem-solving
through hands-on learning Create a calm, supportive, and structured environment aligned withMontessori principles
Collaborate with the teaching team to support each child'sindividual learning journey
Requirements:
Diploma in Montessori Education
(essential) Provenexperience teaching math and Abacus
to young children in a Montessori or early years setting Strong understanding ofMontessori philosophy and math materials
Familiarity withAbacus teaching methods
and ability to adapt them to early years Fluent inEnglish or Arabic
Patient, nurturing
, and passionate about child-centered learningFemale candidates only
