Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Therapist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will support children and individuals with autism and developmental delays by providing evidence-based interventions to improve communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavior assessments and collect accurate data to guide therapy.
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions.
Apply behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build adaptive skills.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to support client progress.
Monitor, document, and update treatment goals regularly.
Foster a positive, engaging, and client-centered therapy environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
Certification or training in ABA (e.g., RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA) is an advantage.
Eligible for UAE professional license (DOH, DHA, or MOH).
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical ABA experience.
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
