Job Description
ABA therapists use their knowledge of behavioral therapy to help their patients improve their social and communication skills. They also use intensive therapy and encouragement to improve their patients\' behaviors. Here are some duties an ABA therapist may have:
- Help patients with behavioral improvement
- Observe, identify, analyze and respond to patient behaviors
- Teach patients about basic life skills and academic learning strategies
- Help patients improve their communication, speech and social skills
- Have individual discussions with patients to create personalized rehabilitation strategies
- Communicate with patients\' family members
- Conduct administrative tasks, like maintaining records after a therapy session
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
