A Dynamic Sales Engineer

Job Summary



The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting the company's construction products and services, and providing technical solutions to clients across the UAE. This role requires a strong background in engineering and construction materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in the UAE construction market. Promote the company's range of construction products, materials, or systems (e.g., MEP, civil, or finishing materials). Understand project specifications and drawings to provide technically sound product recommendations. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with client requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and developers to ensure product approval and inclusion in project specifications. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and project stakeholders. Follow up on ongoing projects, quotations, and client feedback to close sales successfully. Work closely with internal departments (design, procurement, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order execution and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

(or a related field). 2 - 4 years of experience in

technical sales or business development

within the

construction industry

(UAE preferred). Strong knowledge of

construction materials, systems, and project processes

. Experience in dealing with

consultants, contractors, and developers

in the UAE market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. UAE driving license preferred.

Key Competencies



Strong technical and commercial acumen. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
