Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

5D/4D BIM Specialist

with a strong background in high-rise buildings, towers, and large-scale vertical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience integrating time (4D) and cost (5D) dimensions into Building Information Modeling workflows to enhance project planning, execution, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

4D BIM Planning & Simulation

Develop and manage 4D construction simulations using tools like

Navisworks, Synchro, or Bentley

. Integrate construction schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) into BIM models. Create visual construction sequences to support planning, logistics, and site coordination.

5D BIM Cost Integration

Link BIM models to cost estimating software (e.g., CostX, Vico Office, Revit + Quantity Takeoff plugins). Automate quantity takeoffs (QTOs) and support accurate cost estimation. Maintain alignment between design changes and project budget throughout lifecycle.

Model Management & Coordination

Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Implement clash detection and lead resolution workshops with stakeholders.

Project Delivery Support

Produce deliverables including 4D/5D simulations, phasing plans, and logistics models. Provide BIM data to support procurement, construction planning, and tender processes. Generate reports and dashboards to visualize cost and schedule performance.

Technical Leadership

Mentor junior BIM technicians and contribute to developing BIM execution plans (BEP). Support innovation and digital transformation initiatives on site and in the office.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience in 4D/5D BIM

for high-rise buildings or large towers. Proficiency in

Revit

,

Navisworks Manage

,

Synchro

, and

cost estimation platforms

. Solid understanding of

construction sequencing, logistics, and cost control

. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Experience on large scale construction projects especially

Towers and sky scrappers.
