Job Description
Job Title: 5-Axis Machine Programmer cum Operator We are seeking a skilled 5-Axis Machine Programmer cum Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in operating and programming 5-axis machines with a Fanuc control system. The candidate should also have expertise in Siemens CAD/CAM programming software. Responsibilities:
- Operate the 5-axis machine and ensure the production process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement machining programs for the 5-axis machine.
- Ensure all machining operations meet quality standards and production targets.
- Maintain the 5-axis machine, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure that the work environment is safe for all employees.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and programming 5-axis machines with a Fanuc control system.
- Experience in Siemens CAD/CAM programming software.
- Familiarity with machining concepts, such as cutting speed, feed rate, and tool selection.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field is a plus.
- Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
