Position: HVAC Technician
Company: Al Mazaya Group Trading
Location: Qatar (Tower Project - Annual MEP Services Contract)
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and split units.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and filter cleaning/replacement.
Diagnose and repair faults in cooling/heating systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency.
Support MEP Supervisor and other technicians in integrated maintenance.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC maintenance in commercial/residential towers.
Familiar with BMS operations and refrigerant handling.
Must have a valid Qatar Driving License.
