3M Autocare - Sales Leader, Emerging Markets (m/f/*)
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a 3M Autocare - Sales Leader for Emerging Markets you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by: Serving to at least 15 prioritized countries in Emerging Markets region with coverage over Europe and Middle East Africa*
Taking overall responsibility of driving the sales, market penetration and profitability of 3M Autocare products by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing distributor / retailer relationships to achieve targets in Emerging Markets*
Identifying key growth opportunities in retail, professional, e-commerce and B2B segments.*
Working cross functionally with regional trade marketing, distributor, regional sales and ecommerce customers to facilitate growth and alignment*


Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: University degree in Business, marketing, Automotive engineering or related fields*
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Automotive or FMCG sectors in Middle East or Europe regions.*
Ability to travel to Europe, Africa and the Middle East, including Israel with eligibility for a Schengen visa.*
Strong knowledge of Autocare products and the regional market.*


Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.*
Experience managing distributors and B2B accounts.*
Demonstrated leadership abilities and high ethical standards.*
Strong communication and presentation skills.*
Self-starters comfortable with ambiguity and changing external environments.*
