Job Description

We are seeking a talented

3D Designer

with a passion for experiential exhibition and brand activations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creating immersive 3D environments, pop-ups, exhibition stands, and interactive spaces. You will work closely with creative teams, production, and clients to bring brand experiences to life through compelling and innovative 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design

event spaces, brand activations, retail pop-ups, exhibition booths, and immersive experiences

. Develop

3D visualizations, renders, and technical drawings

to communicate ideas effectively. Work with

creative directors, producers, and clients

to ensure designs align with brand identity and marketing goals. Create realistic

3D models, materials, textures, and lighting

for presentations and approvals. Prepare

detailed production drawings

and specifications for fabrication and build execution. Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality. Stay updated on

design trends, new materials, fabrication techniques, and technology

in experiential marketing and event production. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

3+ years of experience

in 3D design for events, experiential marketing, retail, or exhibitions. Proficiency in

3D design software

such as

3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or Blender

. Strong skills in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with

CAD software

(AutoCAD, Vectorworks) for technical drawings is a plus. Understanding of

materials, fabrication methods, and production processes

. Strong sense of

spatial design, color theory, lighting, and storytelling

in physical environments. Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into

immersive physical experiences

. Strong communication and presentation skills to

sell design concepts

to clients and stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.

Nice to Have

Experience with

AR/VR for experiential design

. Knowledge of

motion graphics and animation

. Familiarity with

interactive installations and digital integration

in physical spaces.
