Job Summary: We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer cum Draftsman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings of various projects. You will work closely with our design team to understand project requirements and translate them into realistic and accurate visual representations. Key Responsibilities: - Create 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. - V-Ray is a must needed qualification. Candidates who don\'t have expert skill in V-ray, not needed to apply for this post. - If you are not proficient in the above mentioned software\'s, please do not apply for the position - Ability to draft and modify shop drawing. - Collaborate with our design team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts. - Interpret and analyze technical specifications, sketches, and other data to create accurate and detailed drawings. - Create accurate and detailed technical drawings for use in manufacturing, construction, and other industries. - Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. - Use knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and construction processes to develop efficient and cost-effective designs. - Provide support to other members of the design team as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. - At least 2-3 years of experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and technical drawing. - Strong proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite & Adobe Photoshop. - Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
