Al Roqi is looking for a highly skilled 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality architectural visuals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. If you are fast, detail-oriented, and up to date with the newest rendering and AI-enhanced workflows, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Create photorealistic exterior & interior renders for architectural projects Develop 3D models based on drawings, BIM models, and design references Produce short animations / walkthroughs when required Support design teams with material selection, lighting setups, and mood creation Deliver outputs with strong composition, realism, and storytelling Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines

Chaos V-Ray Corona Renderer Enscape / Lumion / D5 Render (any is a plus)

What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio in architectural visualization (real estate quality) Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, realism, and camera composition Ability to work under pressure and deliver fast iterations Strong communication and coordination with design/project teams

Preferred

Experience in UAE / GCC projects Familiarity with BIM models (Revit export workflows) Ability to create consistent visuals aligned with brand identity
