: - Collaborate with other team members to ensure that 3D models and visualizations meet project deadlines and quality standards. - Continuously improve modeling and visualization processes, tools, and techniques to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in 3D visualization and modeling, preferably in the architecture or product design field. - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max and Corona. - Knowledge of lighting, composition, and color theory. - Strong portfolio of 3D models and visualizations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Willingness to work flexible hours and meet project deadlines.
