Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Rendering and Visualization:

- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of interior spaces based on design concepts and specifications.

- Transform 2D plans and sketches into detailed 3D models using industry-standard software.

2. Design Collaboration:

- Work closely with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Participate in design discussions and provide valuable input to enhance the visual appeal of interior spaces.

3. Material and Lighting Expertise:

- Demonstrate proficiency in applying realistic materials, textures, and lighting to achieve visually compelling results.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and visualization.

4. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate representation of design concepts in 3D visualizations.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Communicate design ideas effectively to both internal teams and external clients.

7. Technical Skills:

- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.

8. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other visualizers, designers, and project managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to project delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
