3D Render & Visualizer Position Overview: As a 3D Renderer in our architectural and interior design firm, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality, realistic visual representations of architectural and interior designs. Working closely with architects, designers, and project managers, you will transform design concepts into visually stunning 3D renders that accurately convey the proposed spaces and aesthetics. Your work will provide clients and stakeholders with a clear understanding of the final product, assisting in decision-making and facilitating effective communication throughout the design process. Responsibilities: 3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural structures and interior spaces based on provided design concepts, blueprints, and specifications. Texturing and Material Application: Apply appropriate textures, materials, colors, and finishes to 3D models to achieve desired visual effects and accurately represent real-world materials. Lighting and Rendering: Set up realistic lighting conditions, both natural and artificial, to enhance the visual quality of the renders. Utilize rendering software and tools to produce high-quality, photo-realistic images. Scene Composition: Arrange objects, furniture, and props within the 3D environment to create visually appealing and cohesive compositions that showcase the design intent. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design requirements, address feedback, and ensure accurate representation of design intent. Design Visualization: Create compelling visualizations, including still images, 360-degree panoramas, virtual tours, and animations, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and the project team. Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines and standards. Software and Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest 3D rendering software, tools, and techniques. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in architectural visualization to deliver the best possible results. Deadlines and Project Management: Manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster effective communication and collaboration within the design team, working alongside architects, interior designers, drafters, and other professionals to deliver integrated design solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D Renderer, preferably within the architectural or interior design industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, or similar tools. Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, spatial relationships, materials, and lighting. Knowledge of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work within project timelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving design requirements. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Portfolio showcasing a range of 3D rendering projects and demonstrating proficiency in creating realistic and visually compelling visuals. Familiarity with post-production techniques, such as image retouching and compositing, is a plus. Job Type: Full-time
