We\'re looking for a professional 3D Visualizer/Renderer/ Graphic Designer /Architect / Digital Artist with 5+ years of experience with exceptional interiors exteriors concept design, 3D illustration and post-production skills to join our studio in Dubai to join immediately. About the Role Who You\'re and What You\'ll Do Conceptualize and sketch design.

• Outline client design objectives.
• Professional/ knowledgeable in all design software as mentioned above and hands-on skills/speed on software.
• Good material knowledge / (library of finishes in software) & sources of finishing materials.
• Have a professional eye for detail

Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations and have knowledge of related visualization and photo realistic rendering techniques. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring

• Degree or equivalent in Design or equivalent in a related field, preferably architecture. Graphic design is an strong advantage.
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision, self starter and very disciplined to achieve deadlines.
• Experience At least 5+ years as an Architect and 3D Visualizer in an international environment.
• Fluent with 3D Modelling in Sketchup | 3D studio Max.
• Fluency in developing concept design, to interpret architectural design from a hand sketch or 2D drawings.
• CAD skills ability to amend plans and elevations and develop 3D models from 2D information.
• Excellent 3D rendering skills using software such as TwinMotion | Enscape | Lumion and V-ray.
• Experience with Parametric 3D modelling using Rhinoceros and Grasshopper.
• Experience with 2D post-production in photoshop.
• Experience with 2D motion graphics and editing software such as Aftereffect.
• Knowledge of VR | AR applications such as UNREAL ENGINE is a big plus.
• Familiar with all phases of design and construction.
• Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing).
• Highly motivated, self-guiding.
