About the Role:

We are looking for a

talented and detail-oriented 3D Renderer

with Interior Design background to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

5+ years of professional experience

in producing

high-quality and Realistic interior renderings and visualizations

, supporting design teams during concept stage for iconic projects

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality (8K resolution) 3D visualizations and renderings for interiors projects. Develop a high quality and realistic views Translate 2D drawings, sketches, and design concepts into photorealistic visuals. Collaborate closely with designers to refine design presentations. Develop scenes including lighting, materials, textures, and camera setups for still renders and animations. Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries for rendering projects. Ensure timely delivery of visuals for client presentations, design reviews, and marketing purposes. Hands on experience in using AI tools for enhancement of the renderings will be an added advantage

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Design / Architecture for 3D Visualization or a related field.

Minimum of

5 years of experience

in interior design visualization Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings of interior design Well informed or ability to learn and use AI in projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Software Proficiency:

3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona Renderer Adobe Photoshop (post-production) SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit (for model import/export) Optional: Unreal Engine / Twinmotion / Lumion (for animations) Any other software that produces high quality renderings

Visualization Expertise:

Deep understanding of lighting, materiality, composition, and camera angles Ability to work from rough sketches or CAD drawings to final render Familiarity with architectural styles, proportions, and detail

Attention to Detail:

High level of realism and quality in visuals Strong aesthetic sense and ability to match design intent

Communication & Collaboration:

Comfortable working closely with designers, architects, and marketing teams Ability to take feedback constructively and meet tight deadlines
