Position Overview

The 3D Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality 3D visualizations and designs for events, exhibitions, activations, and interior environments. The role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of spatial design to bring ideas to life from concept to final presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design

event stages, exhibition booths, immersive installations, pavilions, and brand environments

. Create

detailed 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs

using industry-standard software (3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.). Develop

creative design concepts

in line with client briefs, brand guidelines, and project requirements. Collaborate closely with

Project Managers, Account Managers, and Production teams

to ensure the design is feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with technical constraints. Prepare

technical drawings and layouts

for fabrication and production teams. Participate in

brainstorming sessions

, contributing innovative and strategic design ideas. Ensure all design deliverables meet

timelines, quality standards, and client expectations

. Stay up-to-date with

design trends, materials, and production techniques

relevant to events and exhibitions. Support in creating

presentation decks and visuals

for pitches and client meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

. 3-5 years of proven experience in

3D design for events, exhibitions, or creative agencies

(experience in the GCC is an advantage). Strong proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator

, and other relevant software. Excellent

visualization, conceptualization, and storytelling

skills. Understanding of

structural details, materials, and fabrication techniques

. Ability to

translate creative briefs into compelling designs

. Strong

time management and multitasking

abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense.
