Create high-quality 3D architectural and interior models using industry-standard software.
Produce realistic renderings and visual presentations for client submissions and internal review.
Coordinate with architects and design teams to ensure the 3D output reflects the project vision accurately.
Prepare lighting, texturing, and material setups for photorealistic renderings.
Develop walkthrough animations and promotional visuals when needed.
Ensure timely delivery of visuals while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D design within the UAE.
Proficient in the following software:
3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Photoshop
Strong eye for detail, design composition, and realism.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
