Job Description

Summary of the role:

The CG Artist-Interior Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations, and collaborating with teams to meet design goals and client expectations. He/She will work on managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. Develop detailed textures, lighting, and animations to enhance visualizations. Ensure all visualizations meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively. Provide input and feedback on design concepts and ideas. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and client proposals. Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and resources. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 3D visualization software and hardware. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team. Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development. Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met. Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed. Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the design industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture. 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end Luxury projects. Demonstrable portfolio with a strong experience in delivering high end luxury projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering using SketchUp and 3ds Max with Corona Renderer, with strong proficiency in post-production using Photoshop and technical drafting using AutoCAD."*

Working conditions and Environment:

The position is an office based in Dubai, UAE. The position has no international business travel requirements.
